Phone system Installation & Relocation

• A well-planned and executed installation is essential to gaining maximum benefit from today's telecommunication technology
• Installation Survey - Prior to installation we will provide an evaluation to determine your schedule, configuration needs, and necessary resources required for a successful installation with minimal downtime and cost to you.
• Cabling – We ensure expert cabling and hardware mounting with BICSI certified technicians. The work performed is neat, labeled and performing to satisfaction.
• Project Management – A project manager is assigned to your account to ensure proper work flow, requirements and specifications for the a successful installation.
• Service/maintenance - We fully service and maintain our installations and training. For the first 30 days after the initial cut-over, There are no charges for service/maintenance and changes to the system to better fit your requirements.

Training

• Operator Training: One-on-one training for the operator that handles a large percentage of your calls to ensure that he/she is fully comfortable with the console and can utilize its features quickly and efficiently.
• Users: Provided in a group setting on site. Customized training is available
• Admin: Training on routine administrative tasks reduces maintenance costs for name change, voice mail and forwarding.
